The purpose of this role is to support our Administrative and HR department.
  • Daily support on Reception
  • Participation in an Administration and HR ongoing projects
  • Coordination of orders for office supplies
  • Preparation of internal communications and translations
  • Support in organizing events for employees
  • Support in managing internal HR systems
  • English fluency
  • Can-do, proactive and problem solving attitude
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to learn new things and gain professional experience
  • Full-time availability (40h per week)
