Area Representative is providing information and marketing the Oriflame products and Oriflame Business opportunity in the assigned territory (southern Germany) by excellent communication towards Business Partners, coordinating local advertising campaigns, analysing the market and provide feedback to the Company.
  • Communication and explanation of the Business Opportunity in order to ensure the leadership development and activity of the Business Partners.
  • Regular individual meetings with key leaders.
  • Promoting and implementation of programs related to products and leadership development, including catalogue and quarterly plan actions designed by the Company.
  • Provide information and organize marketing promotion trainings for Leaders and Business Partners.
  • Organizing and hosting of meetings with Leaders/directors and events.
  • Support Leaders and coordination of Business Partners activities such as conferences, events and new products launches.
  • Ensuring effective communication in the field between the Company and consultants (in accordance with the accepted methods and scope provided by the organization).
  • Monitoring the Business Partners performance, commercial data and reporting to Company.
  • Monitoring the competition on the market.
  • Coordinate market-research, provide market specific information.
  • Fluent German & English is u must
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3-years’ experience in working with customers in B2B or FMCG
  • Experience in creating and leading trainings will be an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Positive attitude towards people, empathy
  • Communicative knowledge of Turkish / Russian/ Ukrainian or Polish language would be preferred
