The role is responsible to concept, create, design and drive process to create omnichannel communication for Oriflame Campaigns. Have an overall responsibility for driving development of the campaigns inside the 360 process, ideation and creation of the Omnichannel communication assets supporting assigned campaigns during the year.

  • Translate strategic ideas into compelling and innovative creative concepts that engage the consumer and promotes brand’s relevance and desirability.
  • Establish visual design standards for production, productivity and quality.
  • Create materials with a strong merchandising message and USP communication that will be followed by the Designers.
  • Able to do simple retouch on the drafts to explain and present ideas.
  • Plan, conceptualize and oversee photo and video shooting for online and offline usage. Manage the process from content planning to post-production.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape, and track campaigns performance.
  • Lean the design process to make it faster and efficient.
  • Responsible for good and effective cooperation with other business units.
  • 360 creative view into all campaign plans and activations.
  • Follow up and implement dummy changes, assure layouts and documents are accurate and checked before uploads and handovers.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Fluent English
  • Degree in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art, or similar
  • Good knowledge Microsoft office applications
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with expert understanding of digital and print design: Indesign, Photoshop, Adobe XD, After Effects
  • Experience leading designers and other members of a cross-functional team
