The role responsible is to create and lead campaigns in a commercially creative way reflecting historical experience, consumer and channel trends, competitors activity, following Global/Local strategy to meet or overachieve targets (sales, margin, Activity objectives).

  • Be a leader of the campaign building process integrating input from other functions, including Category, Forecasting, Digital, Creative in order to prepare 360 plans.
  • Prepare and update plans based on products offer flow.
  • Implement the catalogue story according to the creative approach to each campaign.
  • Comply with Schedules and Planning Process.
  • Drive and implement new ideas, solutions, thinking out of the box.
  • Actively participate in Quarterly Planning Session and lead the brainstorming groups for his/her campaigns.
  • Analyze the data of the catalogue on each stage of the process, propose and apply necessary changes to achieve the expected results.
  • Prepare presentations of campaign/catalogue.
  • Participate in layout revision meetings.
  • Plan Out of Catalogue campaigns using digital tools and based on consumer insights to meet key KPI’s (sales, profit and activity) and strategic objectives.
  • Managing Disco & Excess and also Shipping Products Actions to help deplete excess stock.
  • Masters Degree in Economics / Marketing / Management.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing.
  • Fluent Polish & English.
  • Good user experience of Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint (ideas “selling” presentations for management and other stakeholders) and Outlook.
  • Creative and open mind person.
  • Energetic person with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented and focus on deadlines.
  • Good analytical skills is a must.
  • Should have customer orientation to plan market relevant catalogues.
