The role of Commercial Planner is to create and lead campaigns in a commercially creative way reflecting historical experience, consumer and channel trends, competitors activity, following Global/Regional strategy to meet or overachieve targets (sales, margin, SPA, UPA, Activity objectives).
  • Be a leader of the campaign building process integrating input from other functions, including Category, Forecasting, Digital and E-commerce, Creative in order to prepare 360 plans,
  • Build catalogue plans to meet objectives for markets,
  • Implement the catalogue story to maximize seasonality, reflect Oriflame brand positioning and strategy, and build attractiveness for our Brand Partners,
  • Drive and implement new ideas, solutions, thinking out of the box,
  • Closely cooperate with Category Team ensuring best possible selection of products chosen for the catalogue, with special focus to key elements, protecting contribution aligned with approved targets,
  • Cooperate with Forecasting Team to maximize offers’ strength, keeping control of the catalogue forecast vs targets,
  • Analyze the data of the campaign on each stage of the process, propose and apply necessary changes to achieve the expected results,
  • Prepare and present results analysis
  • University degree Bachelor/Master.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing
  • Very good knowledge of Power Point & Excel
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
