As part of the regional team it’s your responsibility to develop facts and insights of our consumers and sales consultants to propel future growth of the business.

It’s your responsibility to ensure trend awareness across the organization, to analyze, structure and give meaning to macro and micro changes in the marketplace (industry- cross-industry) as well as more seasonal beauty trends

It’s your responsibility to drive trends & insight sessions across the organization with key stakeholders to ensure the insights are made actionable. It partially involves giving recommendations and defining new opportunities for building strategic initiatives from a trend and insight perspective.

It’s your responsibility not only to deliver the insights but also to communicate, educate and inspire the organization to change based on the insights and drive the business forward, working close together with departments like e.g. Group Strategy, Product Marketing and regional local stakeholders.

  • Master Research Design and Execution: Scope questions to understand the underlying business problem what is being asked for. Formulate research briefs and other research documentation based on business requirements. Identify and select the appropriate research methodology and supporting questions to meet a defined business objective. Demonstrate project management skills, execute primary research and manage project according to plan. Control research budget.
  • Demonstrate technical research skills: Proficiency in foundational quantitative research techniques and methods, questionnaire design, sampling plan. Proficiency in foundational qualitative research techniques and methods, develop discussion guide, projective techniques.
  • Manage vendor relationships: Build partnership with preferred suppliers. Select appropriate agency with relevant experience when designing research. Co-participate in negotiation and prepare agency contracts or other documents.
  • Analyze and synthesize data/information: Effectively analyze and synthesize multiple sources of data and information to confidently draw conclusions
  • Generate quality consumer insights: In a confident and creative way generate relevant insights that meet business partners’ needs and key business questions.
  • Develop Business Recommendations: Ability to deliver recommendations that successfully address business and research objectives
  • Track industry trends and general marketing trends
  • Bachelor or master degree in marketing or business administration or in equivalent degree
  • 5-10+ years of seniority of relevant experience in a generalist or specialist market research role
  • Fluency in English
  • Great analytical skills, ability to work with huge amount of information and under tight deadlines
  • Attention to details, high communication skills, good teamwork skills
  • Great communication skills and ability to work in diverse, international team
