The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the digital presence and experience in the local UK & ROI market through paid, owned and earned channels including optimizing digital opportunities for our Brand Partners.
  • Strategically and tactically increase brand awareness and growth through our digital channels (SoMe, SEO, Influencer eCRM, eCOM, paid) with focus on paid and Brand partner enablement and collaboration
  • Development and realization of communication strategy based on natural, progressive and ethical communication.
  • Creating and implementing online advertising campaigns ATL & BTL.
  • Day-to-day management and modification of the campaigns in order to increase its effectiveness.
  • Building and driving PR activities.
  • Collaborate with central digital teams to drive and execute digital experiments and A/B testing’s and analytics.
  • Manage influencer/brand partner talent, collaborations, and activations, building creative briefs, managing content review and support digital capability.
  • Conduct product trainings to the field & co-create with the team strong prospecting & recruitment initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics tools to determine effectiveness of digital marketing performance across all channels.
  • Extensive collaboration with other digital functions on global and regional level.
  • Shape goals, targets and monitor KPI:s for digital touchpoints and initiatives as well as other main KPI of the market.
  • Link media activities with our Sales Force activities.
  • More than 5 years’ experience of digital marketing from agency or in-house team.
  • More than 2 years’ experience in ecommerce, preferably b2c in beauty/wellness industry.
  • Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business administration or equivalent.
  • Native English speaker, additional language is a plus.
  • Proven skills and experience both strategic and operational in omnichannel digital marketing with main focus on paid and SEO.
  • Skills and experience in A/B testing, analytics and conversion optimization.
  • Strategic knowledge and interest of e-commerce, SoMe, Influencer and e-marketing landscape
  • Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Google ads, Google tag manager, Meta Business manager is a must.
  • Sitecore, Censhare, Adobe creative suite, Brightedge, Emplifi, Bazarvoice is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
  • Experience in building brands through digital channels in a retail environment.
