We are looking for a talented Email Designer with established skills in designing integrated communication across CRM channels with a primary focus on email marketing, also digital, and mobile properties, all while maintaining a fluid customer experience. As an Email Designer you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the CRM team and members of creative team to create engaging and creative email templates by using existing HTML email layouts or building HTML emails from scratch. You will ensure the needed graphics are laid out in a dynamic and optimized composition while delivering a clear message of the intended graphic in single email send outs, and also through different segment-oriented communication journeys. You will sit within the regional CRM team, reporting to regional CRM manager for Europe and working closely with global CRM team in certain projects.
  • Design email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, as well as sales growth where possible based on CRM team briefs and following best practices in the field.
  • Organize and coordinate all digital resources and assets required for email marketing campaigns and journeys, share feedback with creative team assets optimization.
  • Support digital and creative strategy by contributing to brand and e-commerce style guidelines to ensure high quality, consistent and creative work across CRM channels communication.
  • Research up-to-date and emerging technologies and developments in the design field and implement them when appropriate based on data driven insights input.
  • Create and deploy of HTML / CSS landing pages for campaigns, and potentially personalized pop ups for the website.
  • Re-size, optimize and sometimes create images and graphics for email communication using materials prepared by creative team.
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with email design
  • A solid understanding and experience of HTML, CSS, including experience of responsive coding for emails
  • Experience of working with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing and optimization
  • Fluent in English
Desirable
  • Working experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesmanago
  • Understanding UX, UI
  • Experience of working within CMS systems (SiteCore in particular)
