Administration, maintenance and support of employment and Employee Experience processes and documentation. Day-to-day assistance for Employee Relations Experts in their operational routines supporting people managers and employees in the organization.

The role will report to Senior Director of Global Rewards and People Analytics team within the Global Employee Experience Department.

  • Work close with Employee Relations Expert on the everyday routines, challenges, tasks, and employees’ requests.
  • Manage the overall employment related administrative flow and documentation, for both internal and external clients
  • Coordination and / or execution of Employee Experience HR related processes, i.e. onboarding, offboarding, performance management, salary review, internal team meetings and workshops
  • Maintain the employees’ data in the company’s HRIS and other employee related systems
  • Vendor management with external HR services providers.
  • Preparing HR-related reports and statistics
  • Be active member of Global Employee Experience Team participating in employee related activities, projects, and initiatives.
  • Strong administration skills, structured, high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to listen and deliver a clear message
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Knowledge and experience in general administration
  • At least basic level of knowledge in Swedish Labor Law
  • Service minded, flexible and positive
  • Ability to think critically and challenge the existing practices for higher efficiency
  • Ability to build trustworthy relationships with the stakeholders and team members
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of the factors that influence and drive the business unit/division you are supporting
  • Ability to analyze numerical information and make relevant conclusions
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in HR relevant area
  • Basic knowledge in Swedish Labor Law and Swedish payroll
  • At least 6-12 months of relevant experience as HR assistant or HR generalist.
  • Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
