The Employee Relations Expert works closely with the employees and people managers across the organization to deliver expert advice and administrative support in the questions /projects/tasks related to employment at Oriflame Swedish entity to achieve Oriflame business needs in a strong compliance with Swedish Labour Law. The Employee Relations Expert contributes to the company’s success by representing Oriflame in Swedish authorities, such as Labour Unions and Arbetsmiljöverket, negotiating and administering collective agreements compliantly within all steps of the process.
The role will report to Senior Director of Global Rewards and People Analytics team within the Global Employee Experience Department.
  • Responsible for administration of labour relationships between employer and employees, including managing the job offers, employment contracts and other employment related documents.
  • Set, develop and maintain internal employment processes, guidelines, tools and routines in strong compliance with Swedish Labour Law.
  • Establish close collaboration with our Employer Organization (Svensk Handel) and other external partners supporting Oriflame in legal, personal tax, employment matters, etc.
  • Build strategic relationship with labor unions, lead the negotiations and facilitate resolution of all related questions
  • Be a main stakeholder of the Oriflame CBA, secure it is correctly followed and executed.
  • Lead or actively participate in different projects linked to the Swedish labour legislation.
  • Advise, support and train people managers and employees in Swedish Labour Law questions.
  • Be responsible for Oriflame rehabilitation framework, supporting managers and employees in all related issues.
  • Take active part in work of Oriflame work environmental committee.
  • Facilitate problems and conflicts resolution connected to people relationships in the office
  • Be active member of Global Employee Experience Team participating in employee related activities, projects, and initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of the factors that influence and drive the business
  • Knowledge of Swedish Labour Law/legislation governing employment policies and practices and understanding of international legislation.
  • Knowledge of Swedish Employment Legislation and Collective agreements
  • Knowledge of staffing and compensation strategies, practices and processes
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to listen and deliver a clear message
  • Ability to build trustworthy relationships with the stakeholders
  • Service minded, flexible and positive
  • Strong administration skills, structured, high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Readiness to take responsibility, manage projects and tasks independently

  • High level of EQ and empathy, genuine interest in people nature and relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in HR.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, incl Swedish Labour Law expertise
  • Fluency in English
