The Front End Developer is responsible for the development of functional and appealing web-based applications. He/she provides maintenance and enhancements of production websites. He/she cooperates and discusses with offshore design teams to deliver usable interfaces. He/she guarantees scouting and successful implementation and maintenance of state of the art front-end technologies.
  • Create user-centred designs based on business and functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings​
  • Partner with in-house design team to implement, negotiate and customize design requirements for enhanced end-user experience​
  • Attend regular development team meetings, cooperate with both internal development team members and corporate digital art teams​
  • Collaborate with Analyst to understand and develop business and functional requirements​
  • Partner with QA team on testing, cooperation on testing itself​
  • Troubleshoots front-end related issues on existing pages ​
  • Demonstrate application features to business partners
  • Improve the user-experience by applying best practices and current industry trends
  • Design user interfaces by using conceptual design techniques such as creating visual mock-ups, prototypes, and diagrams​
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to help improve the user experience
  • The Front End Developer has to have deep knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, so that he can perform outstanding UI on both internal and external web applications​
  • Backend background, Full stack skills are preferred (Experience with .NET)​
  • The Front End Developer must be a solid communication partner to the graphic designers on the other hand, he/she has to be able to collaborate effectively with developers and architects. ​
  • Regular daily use of English is a standard with presenting, cooperating with stakeholders, attending team/corporate meetings.​
  • He/she must be oriented within existing content management system and fully understand and reuse already implemented artefacts.
