Right now, we are looking for a Global Distribution Planner and Global Supply Planner to strengthen our Global Planning Team based in Warsaw.

  • Acting as the operational center of the integrated planning process within the Global Planning department.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain effective communication, evaluate risks, and look for possibilities in advance.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, Digital Supply Chain projects, and drive improvement initiatives as a representative of Global Planning.
  • Identify availability risks and communicate their business impact while actively driving mitigation management
  • As Distribution Planner:
    • Balance supply and demand in assigned part of Oriflame Supply Chain
    • Plan products flow between hubs, distribution centers and markets warehouses, focusing on maximizing availability with minimized inventory impact
    • Oversee distribution process execution in cooperation with key internal partners from around the world
  • As Supply Planner:
    • Managing supply plans to increase product availability and reduce out-of-stock situations.
    • Keeping track of excess inventory and actively participating in its reduction and redistribution
    • Following product lifecycle processes including PIPO, NPD and Discontinuation
  • University degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in relevant field (Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics)
  • Advanced level of English
  • Experience and good understanding of planning systems (JDA/BY, SAP APO or similar)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good analytical and digital skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for driving improvements
