Right now, we are looking for a Global Distribution Planner to strengthen our Global Planning Team based in Warsaw.

· Balance supply and demand in assigned part of Oriflame Supply Chain

· Plan products flow between hubs, distribution centers and markets warehouses, focusing on maximizing availability with minimized inventory impact

· Identify availability risks and communicate their business impact while actively driving mitigation management

· Oversee distribution process execution in cooperation with key internal partners from around the world

· Represent Global Planning in cross-functional projects, Digital Supply Chain projects and drive improvement initiatives

· University degree

· 1-2 years of experience in relevant field (Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics)

· Advanced level of English

· Experience and good understanding of planning systems (JDA/BY, SAP APO or similar)

· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Good analytical and digital skills

· Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Passion for driving improvements
