The role of the Global Warehousing Coordinator is to coordinate Global warehousing guidelines, procedures and processes, manage Global Warehousing KPIs database in Power Apps & visualisations in Power BI. Global Warehousing Coordinator also delivers the analysis and conclusion that will contribute to Oriflame’s warehousing improvements & savings globally. The role focuses on implementing standards on Pick & Pack as well in bulk areas in warehousing in Oriflame’s regions & markets as well as supporting warehouses in benchmarking & best practices sharing in close cooperation with the Warehousing technical team. The new team member will work closely connected to the Business and Operation teams in the markets to drive Optimization, Improvement & savings in the Supply Chain Network.
  • Close cooperation with Regional and Markets’ operations, Global Distribution Centers team, Projects & Processes, Finance, TEC team
  • Processes mapping (bulk, pick & pack)
  • Creation and implementation of assessment tools and fast improvements (Quick Wins Fast Track – improvements related to order packaging optimizations, order weight control, optimizations of picking stations, replenishment of the pick and pack lines and topics related to efficient resources utilization) in market’ warehouses
  • Coordination of training materials & best practices in bulk area
  • Coordination of creation & update of standards for Pick &Pack lines
  • Collect, consolidate, review, benchmark Global Warehousing KPIs
  • Administration of Power Apps and Power BI for Global Warehousing KPIs
  • Presentation of global KPIs monthly and KPIs matrix update for Operations Management quarterly
  • Update and creation of warehousing manuals and working instructions
  • Savings tracker administration
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • University degree (preferably: engineering, logistics, supply chain or economy)
  • 3 years of previous professional experience in Logistics (analyst/coordinator function, preferably from international company)
  • User experience of Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query), Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat
  • User experience in Power Apps and Power BI (data import, creating simple models, basic visualizations)
  • Quick learner with good conclusion-drawing skills and able to see the big picture and have sense for details
  • Person well organized and with extended analytical, mathematical and communication skills
