We are searching for a Human Rights Due Diligence Intern to assess our operations as part of our Global Sustainability Team in Stockholm. About the Global Sustainability Team At Oriflame, Sustainability is in the core of who we are as a company. Taking action to increase the company’s positive impact on people’s lives, while reducing any negative impact on the environment and society is a key part of our sustainability strategy. The Global Sustainability team is responsible for sustainability reporting, compliance, driving footprint improvement initiatives, internal and external communication and as well as driving and supporting other departments and regions in projects related to sustainability. We are passionate about sustainability and have the opportunity to make a real difference. As a due diligence intern, you will work closely with colleagues in Stockholm, Schaffhausen, New Delhi, Dublin and Accra as well as with stakeholders in more than 60 markets around the world. Based at our truly international and diverse office at Flemminggatan 14 in central Stockholm, you will lead and manage the Human Rights due diligence assessment process.
  • Create a Human Rights Due Diligence assessment process document to be followed in Human Rights Due Diligence assessments for Oriflame’s markets.
  • Conduct a Human Rights Due Diligence assessment for our operations in Ghana.
  • Engaging with different stakeholders internally and external
  • Conduct and compile research
  • Supported by the Sustainability and Global Assurance team, you will work independently and fully own your project from start to finish.
  • The work will be conducted in English – Swedish is not a requirement.
  • Master studies in the field of human rights, law, policy-making, political science, economics, or another relevant field.
  • You must be a registered student to be eligible for this internship.
  • Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Interest and / or experience in human rights assessment / policy-making.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with good stakeholder management skills
  • Be a creative team player with an analytical mindset

  • Remuneration: The internship is unpaid and must be conducted within the scope of your studies.
  • Start date and duration is flexible but preferably aligned with the Spring Semester 2023.
  • Location: As an intern you will be based in our central Stockholm office. We offer a flexible and hybrid work setup combining working remote and in the office.
