The Industrialization team is a key pillar in R&D. This team is responsible for the transfer of formulations and products developed at bench scale in R&D Stockholm, to production scale in various global manufacturing sites, including Poland, India and China.

The responsibilities of the team cover stock control, weighing materials, pilot plant manufacture, carrying out stability checks and compatibility testing.

You will be based in Warsaw and report to the Industrialisation Manager in Warsaw.

You will be trained to:
  • Manage raw material & consumables stock in the warehouse
  • Accurately weigh and dispense raw materials
  • Manufacture pilot plant batches
    • Perform end-to-end batch manufacturing of cosmetics products.
    • Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and batch filling records.
  • Ensure Raw Material usage & Communicate issues with raw materials during weighing, manufacturing and vessel cleaning issues that may be relevant to product industrialization
  • Perform full cleaning and sanitization on all pilot plant equipment and ancillary equipment according to SOPs.
  • Carry out stability checks post pilot batch manufacture
  • Perform measurements & testing on a daily basis on all typologies of cosmetic products with various analytical instruments
  • Carry out compatibility testing of the bulk with package
  • Perform Bulk Filling Trials for investigation or consumer tests
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and new equipment validation
  • Minimum diploma level in a scientific or cosmetic discipline.
  • Knowledge, experience and handling of cosmetic raw materials and / or operating pilot plant or production equipment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience of cosmetic analysis is an advantage.
  • English on a communicative level
