IT Workplace Specialist is responsible for day-to-day user support with IT infrastructure and equipment related issues. Ensuring proper functionality of workplace solutions in the head office as well as in the markets. Person on this position should be also involved in planning, organizing, setting up and maintain IT workplace environment while collaborating closely with Global IT Team, Business Solutions Team main vendors and key users.
  • Ensuring the proper user setup and equipment exchange within warranty
  • Ensuring system and vendor’s updates are installed on user’s computers
  • Supporting and arranging any fixes within warranty for IT infrastructure equipment
  • Managing hardware and equipment distribution according to company standards
  • Resolving day to day IT issues for the user from assigned region
  • Fixing any IT infrastructure issues with regional IT environment (servers, network etc)
  • Incident and request management
  • Cooperating with other IT Teams (Business solutions or global IT Team) and during investigation
  • Ensuring reliable and stable IT Infrastructure for Oriflame Users
  • Active participation in all infrastructure projects related to servers, network, storage solutions and other IT infrastructure elements
  • Preparing guidelines for users and manuals for new functionalities
  • Supporting users with IT consultancy on IT related topics
  • Supporting in establishing new processes in the field of incident/request/change/license management
  • IT Workplace Specialist should be solution oriented person with wide experience in field of IT workplace solutions. Analytical thinking and computer skills will help the person in the main duty to support users with their IT related problems. Open approach and good communication skills are a must.
  • At least 3 years of work in IT industry
  • Very good / fluent English
  • Profound knowledge of Windows OS and solutions for majority of simple and complex problems
  • Intermediate knowledge of Server and Network infrastructure
  • Basic knowledge of popular applications such as Adobe Apps, Censhare, Ticketing systems
  • Approach to cases, problems and users that is based on finding the solution of given issue
