To further strengthen our Global Product Marketing Department, we are searching for a Junior Brand Manager to support our Fragrance team and join our beautiful office in Stockholm.
The role will report into the Senior Global Marketing Director, Fragrances, Personal and Hair Care.
You will develop new and manage existing Beauty Products that are sold in over 60 markets across the globe, including:
Strategy – Responsible for developing and implementing brand/tier/segment strategy and for reaching targets and KPI’s.
Concept Creation – Create commercially strong product concepts for new product developments.
New Product Development (NPD) – Manage NPD projects from start to finish, working alongside packaging, procurement, fragrance development and R&D.
Product Communication – Prepare and manage communication briefings alongside the global 360 Communication team.
Business Cases – Prepare product business cases for new launches to ensure commercial viability.
Sales Performance – Monitor and analyse brand/segment/product performance and sales.
Critical for your success in this role:
Consumer Focus: capable of identifying a clear and relevant consumer insight and to build a strong reason to believe and launch
Business understanding: In this role you will be responsible for boosting business KPIs, challenging products forecasts and influencing markets and NPD team to increase sales and reduce costs. Need of having a holistic view of the business, understanding how products KPIs will influence positively the overall brand/ category KPIs.
Creativity & Innovation: in this role you will need to have the knowledge how to read trends and transform them into products opportunity. Keep updated glance on innovation and new technologies.
Entrepreneurship / Ownership: Feeling of Brand Ownership, leading the business as you own. Responsible for Marketing activities and accountable for other areas.
Strategic Thinking: Responsible for having and developing a medium- and long-term view of the brand/segment and its impact on the total category. Able to write official strategy documents and plan 5Y KPIs projections.
