The Leadership Development Manager will report to the National Sales Manager and works directly with the sales team (ASM) and Top Leaders in the field, developing and supporting the independent leadership of the Sales Force with trainings, event systems, reports, best practice sharing, and work organization.

Is a field player, that loves to travel and can create empathy and understand the needs of different players, personas, and backgrounds.

  • Support ESM team with the concept, materials for running events.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyze day to day needs for training in the different networks.
  • Coordinate with ASM and Sales Manager.
  • Roll-out updated and new versions of the global Sales and Recruitment System trainings, support materials and tools.
  • Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
  • Monitors and reports on sales metrics to determine the effectiveness on training programs.
  • Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.
  • Develop and implement the annual events’ calendar for different levels of the Sales Force.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource or relevant field.
  • Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good coaching and sales skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask as and when required.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Communicative knowledge of English would be preferred.
