Developing and implementing local marketing strategy based on regional / global brand strategy.
  • Leading and supervising a team and taking care of all people management – related topics.
  • Drive synergy between marketing and sales activities:
    • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action; implementing marketing strategy;
    • Implement strong loyalty, activity and recruitment programs;
    • Create prospecting initiatives together with sales department.
  • Branding and Advertisement:
    • Development and realization of communication strategies;
    • Cooperation with media agencies;
    • Refresh and energize brand image;
    • Build a strong communication around brand promise.
  • Online:
    • Focus on online communication and social media online campaigns – directed to Brand Partners and End Consumers;
    • Cooperation with Digital, SEO and Influencers Agencies, to develop growth strategy;
    • Development of the new channels reaching young generation;
  • Drive number of PR information in media, organization of PR events.
  • Presenting, implementing and analysis of sales support programs. Improving current programs.
  • Preparing presentations for conferences and events. Conducting conferences and events.
  • Fluency in Slovak & English.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience within FMCG or B2B including experience in all aspects of ATL communications on a national basis.
  • Experience from direct sales or MLM-marketing is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience at manager position.
  • A charismatic and convincing communicator orally and in writing, a polished public-speaker who relates well to the audience.
  • A strategic thinker, focused on the big picture.
  • A person who seeks excellence and challenge, consistently achieving even difficult targets, and who is personally ambitious.
