To further strengthen our Scandinavian Team, we are searching for a Marketing Manager, reporting to: Managing Director Scandinavia. The main purpose of the Marketing Manager role is to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans, focusing on our HERO products; Skin Care and Wellness and to build and strengthen the Oriflame Brand throughout Scandinavia. The Marketing Manager will lead the work of the Marketing team in order to support our Brand Partners, attract potential new customers/Brand Partners and retain existing ones.
  • Develop, build, market, strengthen and improve the Oriflame brand across all communication channels by:
    • Setting local marketing strategy in line with SCA overall strategy
    • Implementing, setting up and following up on brand guidelines across all channels
    • Set and implement a local marketing/communication plan including traffic driving and PR/advertising activities
    • Ensure that all marketing activities deliver on the commercial targets
  • Managing marketing budget
  • Purchasing of services from external agencies/parties
  • Leading, managing and developing the Scandinavian marketing team
  • Have overview and plan the tasks of the Marketing team and have the ability to prioritize materials for all channels.
  • Part of SCA Management team
  • Proven communication skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Capability of working with several projects at the same time
  • Service-minded and solution oriented
  • Able to work and be creative under time pressure and with short deadlines
  • Positive and enthusiastic mind-set
  • Excellent knowledge in spoken and written Swedish/Norwegian and English
This is a 1 year fixed term contract for parental substitute from 01 June 2023 to 01 June 2024.
