The main purpose of the job is management and maintenance of the employee masterdata in the HR, Payroll, other internal systems, accurately and timely. Furthermore, the Payroll & HR administrator is to secure high standard of the payroll delivery in the organization through professional communication with the external payroll provider and internal customers – employees. This job is also responsible for reporting of the employee related data to the Swedish governmental authorities as per Swedish labour Law and Social Security. The Payroll & EE administrator assists all EE team with various administrative tasks.The role will report to Senior Director of Global Rewards and People Analytics team within the Global Employee Experience Department.
