Pricing Specialist is member of Global Pricing and Revenue Growth Management Team and is responsible for: executing pricing and merchandising strategy for Oriflame products for the defined markets, cooperation with respective markets’ local teams regarding pricing, ensuring competitive data availability in system and providing regular analytics in this area.

  • Executing pricing and merchandising strategy by setting regular, merchandised and new products prices
  • Executing price revision process on time based on agreed budget directions
  • Cooperation with respective markets regarding pricing
  • Provide additional price benchmark information and local commercial perspective to the (re)pricing initiatives and projects
  • Educate markets on existing price competitors reporting if necessary
  • Ensuring competition data gathered from external vendors are available in Oriflame systems
  • Conducing regular (bi-monthly) and ad-hoc analysis for Oriflame price positioning in the market and sharing findings with recommendation to the management of the Pricing & RGM Team
  • Bachelor degree in Business, statistics, finance, mathematics or similar
  • 2 years of working experience in analytical function, preferably from international company
  • Very good knowledge or MS Office with Excel on advanced level
  • Fluent English spoken and written
  • Strong analytical skills & attention to details
  • Very good presentation skills to be able to present complex analysis with clear take-away points and recommendation
  • Understanding of cosmetic market
