Global Supply Chain Process Expert is a function based in Warsaw, Poland. This role requires on day-to-day business close cooperation with various Global Supply Chain functions, driving improvements to existing processes, securing existing ones ensure efficient cooperation between different business areas and supporting Process Owners with managing process change. As Process Expert you drive process changes by initiating discussions with Global Supply Chain stakeholders from different areas on needed improvements and providing recommendations of change, as well as supporting its implementation. We are looking for person with holistic knowledge of supply chain and ability to execute continuous process improvement. This role gives opportunity to implement new processes, solutions, or new systems in Global Supply Chain.
  • Correctly identify key stakeholders within given process and understand process flow and dependencies.
  • Create a To-Be process considering business needs and feasibility.
  • Identify process areas affected, ensure trainings and business awareness. Ensure documentation is provided.
  • Support Key Users and process stakeholders with own knowledge, available documentation and/or information on how to proceed.
  • Identify areas in need of systems improvements, design to-be changes, drive solution development and implementation with Key Users.
  • To conduct daily coordination, planning and implementation of projects with multiple teams.
  • Fluency in English
  • Working experience in a Supply Chain function
  • Master’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain, with strong academic records
  • Experience of being part of Project Team
  • Working experience with business process mapping using BPMN
  • Experience with delivering process and systems improvements within own area of expertise
