As a Project Manager in the Global Supply Chain Processes & Projects team, you will be driving various functional and cross-functional initiatives mainly focusing on Global Supply Chain topics. Because project management is a critical strategic discipline for any organization, you will provide the link between the strategy and the team that implements the project.  The initiatives or projects will vary in terms of area and size, depending on business requests and priorities. Our ambition is to have a flexible team – working close with the business (Global, Regional and Local functions), focusing on delivering business value by supporting and driving various initiatives from smaller improvements to strategic projects. As Project Manager, you will consequently be involved in, and are expected to proactively drive, functional and cross-functional business improvements as well as manage larger projects, working with senior management of Oriflame.
  • Ensure feasibility of assigned project
  • Define scope, objectives and project plan
  • Perform risk analysis and manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure execution on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor, control and close project
  • Map business processes
  • Provide Project Management training and expertise.
  • University degree (Supply Chain or Management degree is an asset)
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written form
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience within Supply Chain
  • Project Management trainings and certifications desirable (PMP, AgilePM etc.)
  • Experience in managing international project teams (including remotely located)
  • Skilled in using project management applications (ex: Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Supply Chain related corporate information systems experience (ERP, DRP etc.).
