To further strengthen our Marketing Team we are searching for a Regional Category Specialist.
As a Regional Category Specialist you will:
  • Build and execute the category strategy for the region and be part of the overall strategy of the company
  • Being in charge of the Category Plan and maximizing the synergy with the Sales Action Plan: plan development, implementation, monitoring and analysis, making sure that all parts of the department are on time with the agreed process.
  • Guarantee the regional focus and the implementation of global category strategies with a strong focus.
  • Creation of the Brief for design teams.
  • Review of campaign layouts and development of strategies for 360° communication activation.
  • Be responsible for the development process of local products
  • Be responsible for the adaptation, implementation, monitoring and analysis of pricing policies, merchandising strategy, SOL and portfolio management
  • Develop and optimize sampling plan
  • Participate in Global and Strategy meetings to share regional specificities and best practices.
  • Working on some global projects, with the aim of maximizing profitability or with the aim of developing the next generation Oriflame categories or, in general, with the aim of supporting the realization of global objectives.
  • Strategy development of new products according to the needs of the region.
  • Advanced English level.
  • High commercial capacity.
  • Advanced handling of Excel.
  • Excellent level of interpersonal communication, above all, ability to speak in public.
  • Ease of communication through social networks
  • Organized and process oriented.
  • Proactive approach and collaborate to achieve common goals.
  • Troubleshooting and high capacity for synthesis and analysis.
  • Ability to prepare reports.
  • Related bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commercial or business administration equivalent of education, training and experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the international direct sales and/or marketing industry and preferably in cosmetics and nutrition.
