Sales Support & Training Manager Czech & Slovakia is responsible for creating sales support and recruitment programs and implementing them in cooperation with all relevant departments. Person in this position prepares presentations about the programs for employees and Brand Partners in order to make them understandable and motivating.
  • Creating and preparing projects aimed at an increase of sales and recruitment
  • Presenting and implementing new programs
  • Analyzing all programs
  • Improving current programs
  • Evaluation of Brand Partners’ and employee’s needs
  • Managing assigned business projects individually
  • Cooperating effectively with the representatives of other departments
  • Building positive relations with the representatives of other departments by sharing knowledge and experience
  • Preparing training materials for ASMs and Brand Partners
  • Analyzing training needs
  • Conducting “Train the Trainer” trainings
  • Preparing presentations for conferences.
  • Creative person who likes challenges
  • Be able to work on several projects at once, make fast decisions and act independently.
  • High interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to think analytically and look at things from a large perspective
  • Higher education
  • Experience in sales and project management (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and data bases
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Driving license cat. B.
