Category Manager is responsible for developing category strategies for growth in EUCIS region with understanding of local markets needs and specific as well as global objectives. The person needs to cope within organization to deliver strong annual plans for categories but ensure short term campaign tactic are maximized.
  • Set up regional strategy to fulfill global targets and goals
  • Create 360 plans for super and mega launches based on global materials and regional developments to maximize potential
  • Create product plans flow in line with regional strategy to achieve campaign targets and to be competitive vs. market
  • Build key brand attributes, supporting the strategic brand pillars: nature, science, trends. Build brand awareness and spread information and knowledge about products to all parties required: Markets, Campaign Planning, Forecasting, Creative Departments, Supply, Sales Support and coworkers
  • Actively participate in Quarterly Planning Session as a meeting to sell novelties to internal parties
  • Develop regional product requests to meet markets needs, build the strategy and manage size of line policy and manage product lives for limited life and ongoing
  • Assign benchmarks for all new products, cooperate with global team regarding price positioning vs. market competitors
  • Manage a team: recruit and develop team. Monitor, review and evaluate performance on the regular basis.
  • Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization’s and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization.
Category Manager should be a multi-task person with project leading skills with high ability to coordinate actions on different fields. She/He should be able to cooperate with different departments of the company, looking for the best solutions and should be self-motivated. She/He should be creative and open minded person with ”can-do” attitude.
  • Creativity, open-minded, thinking out of the box
  • Very good written and spoken English;
  • Very good knowledge of Power Point & Excel;
  • Experience with sales and/or training in MLM/ direct selling companies
  • Good public speaking and presenting skills;
  • Strong communication skills and great interpersonal skills and ability to work in matrix organizations
  • Ability to train/coach effectively Staff, Leaders and Brand Partners;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Marketing/Sales/Training/Business Development;
  • Great analytics skills and problem solving attitude;
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach with the can do attitude
  • Willingness to travel
