  • Coordinate and support execution of beauty-related events and initiatives, both online and offline, designed to engage and inspire members of the company’s beauty community.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales performance and market trends, preparing detailed reports to forecast sales and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor strategies, and new digital technologies to ensure ongoing innovation.
  • Minimum five years of experience in sales management, preferably in the direct selling or cosmetics industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a traditional or digital sales environment.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales analytics software.
