As the Global Copywriter in the CRM team, you are responsible for generating and developing written communication for our global CRM deliveries that drive customer engagement and increase sales.

  • Produce engaging on-brand copy and content items for global CRM journeys and various channels (email, SMS WhatsApp, push notifications etc) in an efficient manner.
  • Responsible for CRM copywriting, coordinating with global/local teams​, managing deadline document.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to understand the target audience and create copy that resonates with them and delivers strong click-through rates, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create and analyze A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, driven to continuously improve CRM communication performance.
  • Edit content in SFMC according to specs.
  • Involved in ad-hoc projects developing ideas and copywriting for different features, launches and tools communicated in CRM.
  • More than 5 years’ experience in professional and commercial writing from working in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • 1+ year of experience in writing effective and engaging content for email marketing.
  • A degree in advertising, marketing, communications, media or journalism.
  • Native English speaker alternative several years working with English copy .
  • Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills.
  • Proven experience with CRM/email copywriting best practices​.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills​.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure​.
  • Great attention to details plus the ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to interpret a current trends and conversations and turn it into a single minded creative communication idea.
