Drive the success of the Human Resources department by managing employee records, streamlining recruitment and training processes, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering clear, impactful communication. This role plays a key part in creating seamless HR operations, organizing memorable corporate events, and enhancing the overall employee experience, contributing directly to the company’s success.  The position is based in Chile but reports to Peru Snr.HR Business Partner

  • Manage files for active and former employees.
  • Oversee purchase orders and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Support administrative supplier negotiations and follow-ups.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events for the department.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for the company’s recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Assist in organizing company training programs.
  • Support with tracking and reporting overtime and vacation hours.
  • Handle internal company communications.
  • Assist in administrative processes related to employee terminations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems.
  • Intermediate+ level of English proficiency.

Experience:

  • At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources.
  • Desirable: Experience and/or knowledge in HR administrative processes and labor law.
