We are looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the creation of omnichannel communication for Oriflame’s campaigns. You will be responsible for developing innovative visual concepts, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and working with cross-functional teams to create high-quality materials for both print and digital platforms.

Translate strategic ideas into creative concepts that engage consumers and promote brand relevance

.• Establish visual design standards and create consumer-relevant materials with strong merchandising messages.

• Oversee photo/video shoots and manage content from planning to post-production.

• Manage a team of graphic designers and collaborate with marketing, category, and global teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions.

• Streamline the design process and ensure accurate, timely delivery of materials.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in print and digital design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe XD, After Effect

s).

• Strong conceptual and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• A degree in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art, or related field.

• Fluent in English.
