You will report to National Sales Manager.

Sales:

  • Manage sales target of the branch and contribute to the achievement of the company
  • Develop consultants under utility to qualify new titles and achieve consultant’s personal target and consultant’s group target;
  • Contribute to achievement of the company sales target and development
  • Ensure that objectives are reached in both sales and development of new Leaders with ongoing recruitment

Training:

  • Communicate and carry out trainings to Leaders, monthly LC meetings
  • Follow up Leader’s activities and hold relating meetings to kick-off Leader’s
  • Conduct regular leadership councils in order to establish a close partnership with key leaders
  • Ensure that objectives are reached in both sales and the development of new Leaders with ongoing recruitment
  • Outline specific monthly plans for achieving these goals, coordinated with company activities
  • Support Leaders holding Catalogue Launches, Prospecting then hold OOM, Sarpio meetings and Oriflame Academy trainings
  • Conduct and travel to join motivational events, public events, recruiting and sales campaigns together with leaders
  • Create an atmosphere of belonging, excitement and success
  • Increase event quality – create professionalism for HCM Branches

Activities & supports:

  • Do customer services activities: Leaders’ birthday greetings, new titles congratulations, contact leaders to provide personal information as requirements…
  • Update daily report requirement
  • Build up content on Fanpage/ Online tool/ Group/ Chat groups -Capture the content of programs/events
  • Design & post images on the social media channels for consultants
  • Support events and other admin tasks
  • Evaluate consultants’ feedback and their ideas contribution
  • Check in eligible distributors in the events
  • Contact necessary suppliers for branch’s activities (eg: venue rental, dance troupe, PG, Photographer, printing service, etc.)
  • Support to run nutrition clubs, skincare clubs, Leader clubs

Other tasks under managers’ assignments

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years’ of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills characterized by a positive and “I can move mountains” attitude
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Creative, Analytical / Planning skills
  • Good English
