Deliver excellent Mobile and Online ordering experience on Cumulus , our E – Commerce platform according to our Catalogue Merchandising Actions ( Printer Catalogue and Flyers ) and Sales Support Actions (Activity Campaigns , Recruitment Campaigns etc )

You will work in close cooperation with Marketing and Sales Support department to understand the business logic of all merchandising actions ; and in cooperation with IT department to secure that the system setup is according to the business expectations .

• Understand , implement and proactively propose improvements to Cumulus Merchandising Process .

• Secure the quality of pricing and catalogue actions data in CLOVER , in close cooperation with Marketing Team .

• Collect information about Sales Support Actions and any other Merchandising actions that must be programmed or set up in Cumulus . This information should be properly structured in Merchandising Matrix file and uploaded in the regional SharePoint .

• Provide the team at IBM with accurate and timely Merchandising matrix information so all the Merchandising setup will be prepared in Cumulus not more than 2 weeks before Catalogue opening .

• Lead the Testing process in Cumulus with cooperation of the Customer service Team . Provide Marketing and IBM Teams with appropriate feedback to secure that issues will be fixed during the testing cycles and not during opening of the catalogue .

• Constantly update the Merchandising Issue tracker file to have the correct measurement of number of Merchandising issues detected after the Catalogue opening . ( key business kpi for the role )

• Follow up on the Merchandising issues and based on the outcome from it make constant improvement to the process , securing an excellent E – Commerce experience for our consultants .

• More than Three years of experience working in Direct Sales Industry in Customer Service, IT or Marketing departments .

• Proven Experience working with ERP system at configuration / execution level in the E – Commerce / Merchandising modules .

• Experience working with Microsoft Office and Collaborative tools ( SharePoint )

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration , Marketing , Computer Science , Engineering or related field

Technical Skills :

• Fluent Written and Verbal communication skills in English .

• Experience leading Quality Assurance and Testing of E – Commerce ordering and merchandising processes .

• Experience with specific ERP Systems ( Example : SAP , Oracle , Microsoft Dynamics , etc . )

• Knowledge of database management systems .

Soft Skills :

• Excellent facilitation , collaboration , negotiation skills with different functions ( In – person as well as remote )

• Flexibility to work extra time mostly during closing and opening of catalogues .

• Logical and analytical approach to Problem solving .

• Strong Project management and Organizational abilities .

• Ability to communicate effectively with Technical as well as Non – technical stakeholders .
