Catalogue Management
· Plan unique, interesting and commercially viable catalogues inline with the pre-determined flow strategy and merchandising strategy to hit targeted KPIs
· Create catalogue and section stories to maximize seasonality and build attractiveness among clients
· Work together with category specialists to ensure correct products are chosen for key elements in the catalogues, adhere to the pre-agreed merchandising strategy
· Work together with the forecasters to maximize offers/ensure optimum merchandising pricing and to optimize disco plans/pricing without cannibalizing core catalogue
· Prepare and run Catalogue Review & Sign Off meetings, ensure relevant/correct information is included in the deck to facilitate decision making, highlighting risks & opportunities
· Prepare clear catalogue brief to be the base of creative execution process and maximize catalogue creative execution via close cooperation with catalogue creative and production teams
· Make catalogue checks in various stages of the catalogue Planning and Preparation as per schedule
· Prepare high quality data in Planning system, focusing on having correct and up to date information at all times
Pricing
· Plan merchandized prices for each SKU in the catalogue inline with the pricing strategy and based on historical data, consumer & channel trends and competitor activities to hit targeted KPIs as well as to ensure campaign energy through differentiated offers
Commercial Creativity
· Come out with out of the box ideas, which are customer relevant, different vs. competitors and different vs. past Oriflame concepts, for: catalogue/sections stories, merchandising & pricing, customer & consultant support
Post Evaluation
· Prepare post campaign evaluation presentations/monthly campaign analysis reports/financial commentary and take learnings into consideration as a base for future campaign plans
· Analyze new executions in the catalogue, e.g. new merchandising techniques, loyalty programs, offers to implement best practice for future.
· Run focus group studies regularly and adhoc when needed
University graduate in engineering, management or economy
· 0-3 years’ experience in the relevant field (marketing, CRM etc.)
· Preferably experience in planning promotions, budgeting, sales and profitability
· Highly Analytical, quick and accurate at handling numbers
· Fluent English – writing and speaking
· Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs
· Team player, ability to coordinate with many different people
· Multitask oriented personality
· Constantly seeking for new ways to contribute to business and coming up with out of box ideas
· Well organized, structured, being strict with deadlines
· A positive person with strong social skills
· Proactive in decision making, seeing possible pitfalls early in the process
