In your role, you will have the overall responsibility for the sales development and profitability of product categories in Europe business. The responsibility of this role captures an array of marketing planning, promotion and operational activities within SOL management scope which aims at delivering expected Category Profit Plan (Sales, GM%) for Poland in line with global portfolio and brand architecture strategy as well as identified market opportunities.
What will you do?
Ensuring optimal, productive portfolio (SOL) which fits to Poland growth strategy and is in line with global portfolio strategy.
Representing the interests of Poland at the global forum. Provides feedback to global office based on local trends, sales results, consumer needs and Sales Force feedback.
Builds plans on available internal and external data and research insights
Has in depth understanding of global strategy and drives its application in Polish commercial plans
Organizes and gathers regular feedback from the leaders/brand partners
Accountable for category profit plan and growth objectives delivery in line with price positioning and annual growth agenda (Poland)
Commercial plans preparations and driving their implementation within the commercial planning process; implementing effective category merchandising and promotional strategy for newness and key growth engines (priority segments, icons, top brands),
Actively cooperates with Sales and other relevant functions on training materials, sales methods/tools for Leaders, Brand Partners’ and members
Builds strong Product Culture and promotes personal recommendation model.
Take part in various online and offline mtgs /events to present new products, category development agenda, product culture initiatives and various activations to marketing, sales and operations communities.
Your Background and your Qualifications
University degree Bachelor or Master (preferably: Marketing, economics)
User experience of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as Power BI.
1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Open for collaboration in matrix environment.
Good presentation skills, communicate clearly and effectively sell ideas to others.
Can effectively work with numbers and different data.
A critical thinker and a good planner.
