Purpose of the role
This role is responsible for designing and leading campaigns in a commercially creative way, drawing from historical performance, consumer and channel trends, competitive activity, and aligned with Global and Local strategies. The goal is to meet or exceed key targets, including sales, margin, and activity objectives.
Responsibilities of the role

Lead the end-to-end campaign development process, integrating inputs from cross-functional teams such as Category, Forecasting, Digital, and Creative to build comprehensive 360° plans.

Develop and regularly update campaign plans based on product launches and assortment flow.

Bring the catalogue story to life, ensuring alignment with each campaign’s creative direction.

Ensure full compliance with planning processes and timelines.

Drive innovation by proposing and implementing fresh, out-of-the-box ideas and solutions.

Actively participate in Quarterly Planning Sessions, leading brainstorming groups for assigned campaigns.

Analyze catalogue performance at every stage of the campaign lifecycle, identifying and applying adjustments to optimize results.

Prepare and deliver impactful campaign and catalogue presentations.

Take part in layout review meetings, providing feedback and ensuring coherence with the campaign narrative.

Plan Out-of-Catalogue campaigns using digital tools and consumer insights to meet KPIs (sales, profitability, and activity) and support strategic business objectives.

Background, Education and Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Management.

2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in campaign or brand management.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Proficient in Excel (for data analysis), PowerPoint (for persuasive presentations), and Outlook.

Creative and open-minded, with a strong sense of initiative.

Energetic and highly organized, with excellent planning skills.

Detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines.

Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

Customer-focused, with the ability to design campaigns and catalogues relevant to market needs.
