The purpose of the role is to support the Chief Commercial Officer to identify, structure and initiate new business opportunities around our social selling model, our beauty products and our micro-entrepreneurship platform. It is also a driver of internal communications to motivate and develop existing business units along innovation and experience sharing.

You will manage and develop the Franchisee business of Oriflame. You will explore and supervise the opening of new markets or business opportunities. You will drive internal commercial communications on experience sharing and sales initiative. Your will identify and build new revenue projects.

Your background and your qualifications:

  • Commercial acumen (business opportunity, business cases)
  • Project delivery experience (planning, execution, cross functional coordination)
  • Idea generation
  • Motivating communication skills

Musts:

  • Fluent English
  • Sales experience 5 years
  • Exceptional delivery skills
  • Project supervision experience
  • Fluency on all business communication tools

Nice to have:

  • Management consulting experience
  • Other language skills
  • Experience of direct selling or social selling
  • Market opening experience
  • Experience with Social Media content production
  • Master’s degree
