Data Analysis & Modeling

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from multiple sources, including our data warehouse.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to prepare data for modeling.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Presentation, Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and create data solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present insights and recommendations, translating complex data into visuals like charts and graphs to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Development & Innovation

  • Stay on top of the latest advancements in data science, exploring new tools and frameworks.
  • Experiment with innovative techniques to refine our processes.
  • Champion new methodologies that drive value and support continuous improvement across the team.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience 3+ years as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.

In addition to the qualifications above, familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a great advantage.

 

Interpersonal skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to demystify complex technical concepts.
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.

Location: Based in either Stockholm (preferred) or Poland.

Office Policy: Our hybrid approach expects a minimum of three days a week on-site, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, office-based setting.
