The purpose of this role is to conceptualize, design and create content for both digital and print mediums; this includes creation of marketing communication assets for website, SoMe, events & other support materials across the channels in collaboration with key cross-functional departments.

Implement Creative Expertise:

  • Apply and possess high Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • You will have excellent understanding of design principles like typography, layout, and composition and use that knowledge.
  • You will be required to possess the ability to translate brand identity into effective visual communication.
  • You will be expected to follow brand and design guidelines to ensure all creative output aligns with the brand’s tonality and visual identity.
  • You will have the ability to pitch and present ideas. Create mood boards and briefs for photo and video shoots. Manage the complete process from vendor dealing to post-production, providing clear on-set direction to overseeing post-production and final output delivery.
  • You will have the ability and will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

Concept Development and Design Execution :

  • You will translate creative briefs into visually stunning and on-brand design solutions that increase consumer engagement and improve brand relevance and desirability across multiple channels.
  • You will produce high-quality design assets for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. You will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • You should have a passion for staying up to date on design trends and technologies.
  • You should have the ability to adapt to new challenges and learn new skills quickly.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • You will be required to collaborate with the internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and other projects.
  • You should have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • You will assist the Creative Supervisor in stakeholder communications, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
  • You will present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • You should Incorporate feedback into the design process effectively.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a designer with an in-house design team of a brand, preferably from the Beauty and Wellness industry or an advertising agency.
  • Degree in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art, or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of print & digital design, and digital marketing media channels
  • Good knowledge Microsoft office applications
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with expert understanding of digital and print design software – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Expert typography skills with elevated level of taste and ability to apply modern design aesthetics across projects of varied styles.
