Purpose of the role​

The Digital Platform Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring that features, modules and functions developed by the global digital team are implemented in Venture Markets and configured the way it was intended.

 

The Digital Platform Coordinator is the expert on how our global websites are structured and what functionality is offered, and support Venture Markets in making sure that this knowledge is spread to our sales and marketing functions.

 

Purpose is also to build competence on our CMS and underlying business systems in order to train and inform our editors and other key users on best practice in order to maximize efficiencies and benefits.

Your responsibility
  • Coordination and support of global digital tools and features roll-out to Venture Markets.
  • Close collaboration with global digital platform coordinator and global digital product owners and solution experts to coordinate the tools and features updates.
  • Offer operational and functional support to our sales companies operating our global digital platform.
  • Regular and timely communication and trainings about new functionalities and tools to employees and users in Venture Markets;
  • Analysis and evaluation of digital tools performance through Online Experience Survey, UX tests, field interviews etc
  • Manage selected implementation projects on our website.
  • Understand the sales force’s needs and everyday situation to improve site function.
  • Keep up to date on digital trends related to consumer goods promotion and digital services to better understand the need of our sales force and customers.
  • Design training material for our key systems including our web content management system, and subsequently implement a train-the-trainer concept.
What are we looking for?
  • Strong interest and understanding the dynamics of internet utilization in a result-driven environment.
  • Excellent Project Management and organizational capabilities and a proven track record within the digital field
  • Prior experience of one or several areas within the digital field, Sitecore knowledge is an advantage.
  • International experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • University degree, preferably in Business or Technology
  • As part of the digital organization you should also have a genuine interest to stay updated on the latest value-adding trends in digital communication and e-commerce in order to make sure that Oriflame offers a leading online service to its sales force and site visitors also in the future, on all digital platforms that demonstrate a proven need.
