The Sales Support Director at Oriflame India is a pivotal role for crafting and executing comprehensive strategies dedicated to Sales development and Training tools , maximizing positive Return on Investment ( ROI ) for sales action programs , strengthening our Product culture and creating exceptional Events .

This position requires a profound understanding of Oriflame ’ s Business Model and unique needs of our Consultants and Leaders . Sales Support Director will develop and implement innovative methods , training programs and support tools that tangibly contribute to success of the independent Oriflame businesses . Strategic thinking and strong organizational skills are essential to ensure that these initiatives align with broader company objectives .

The role involves extensive collaboration with local management , external stakeholders including suppliers , brand partners and global teams in order to deliver top – tier events , innovative sales action plans and training framework

Strategy and Planning

•Develop and execute a comprehensive sales support strategy aimed at achieving sales targets and maximizing ROI on sales action programs.

•Understand the needs of Oriflame’s Consultants and Leaders to create effective support programs that drive sales performance.

•Ensure that methods, trainings, and tools align with the larger strategic framework and contribute to overall business goals.

Development and Implementation

•Design and develop training programs , support tools and methods to enhance the sales capabilities of Consultants and Leaders.

•Implement initiatives that tangibly contribute to the growth and success of independent Oriflame businesses , with a focus on sales achievement and ROI.

•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives , making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Product Culture Strengthening

•Promote and strengthen Oriflame’s product culture through targeted training and support initiatives.

•Ensure that Consultants and Leaders have a deep understanding and appreciation of Oriflame’s product offerings.

Event

•Collaborate with global teams to create and execute exceptional events from concept to content.

•Ensure events are well – organized , impactful and aligned with sales and business objectives.

•Continuously seek feedback to improve event quality , effectiveness and innovate.

Collaboration and Communication

•Work closely with local management to ensure alignment and integration of support programs.

•Foster relationships with external stakeholders , including suppliers and brand partners to leverage resources and opportunities.

•Encourage a collaborative environment that promotes the sharing of best practices and continuous improvement.

•Maintain effective communication with all levels of the organization to promote benefits of the support programs specifically for brand partners and customers.

Stakeholder Management

•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.

•Act as a liaison between the sales force and other departments to ensure cohesive support efforts.

•Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote the benefits of support programs.

Leadership and Management

•Lead and Inspire team of sales support professionals.

•Provide guidance , mentorship and development opportunities to Team members.

•Ensure that Team ’s efforts are aligned with the company ’s strategic goals and objectives.

• Bachelor ’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing or a related field

• MBA or Equivalent degree is preferred

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales support , training or a related field

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a Direct Selling or Network Marketing environment

• Strong understanding of Oriflame ’ s business model and needs of the Consultants and Leaders
