  1. Coordinate and oversee regulatory processes within the warehouse to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  2. Develop and manage the labeling and kitting program, coordinating activities with suppliers and ensuring adherence to standards.
  3. Provide operational support for marketing-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain import reports to plan and execute regulatory activities.
  • Maintain continuous communication with internal teams and 3PL suppliers to ensure the successful completion of the UVA process.
  • Manage the UVA process from start to finish, ensuring compliance at each stage.
  • Create and implement labeling and kitting programs in line with inventory availability.
  • Plan and procure materials needed for the labeling and kitting process, ensuring timely payment and compliance.
  • Supervise the labeling and kitting processes to ensure they meet defined requirements.
  • Support logistics operations to ensure product availability, including managing replacements, updating out-of-stock statuses, and creating SKUs in the system.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics and data analysis; as a Fill Rate Jr. Planner, you will be responsible for executing regulatory and logistics processes to ensure product availability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations, able to convey complex analyses with clear takeaways and recommendations.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytical role, preferably within an international company.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
