Right now, we are looking for a Global Distribution Planner (Intern) to strengthen our Global Planning Team based in Warsaw.

  • Support the planning team in their daily work by collecting data, analysing performance and developing potential solutions to emerging issues
  • You will learn how to work with suppliers to plan production and manage product availability challenges
  • You will understand how to control key planning metrics, proposing improvements for process improvement
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with other teams and market representatives internationally
  • Program the correct configuration of basic data and parameters in the supply chain system (BY/ JDA)
  • You will learn to anticipate threats and risks by preparing team action plans
  • Analyse complex data and prepare detailed reports and summaries
  • Students of 3-5th year or fresh graduates of relevant studies in: Logistics / Supply Chain / Production / Engineering / Management / Quantitative Methods
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills are a must
  • Very good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with JDA / BY, SAP APO or other DRP / MRP (Distribution / Material Resources Planning) software would be an advantage
  • Paid internship on a civil contract for 6 months
  • Working with an international team of professionals
  • Work in an international environment using English on a daily basis
