Right now, we are looking for a Global Indirect Procurement Intern to strengthen our Global Procurement Team based in Warsaw.

  • Working with Procurement Manager
  • Participating in a multidisciplinary project as a member of the Procurement Team Member
  • Supporting Global Procurement team in executing sourcing related tasks
  • Coordinating communication withing Procurement Project Team
  • Reviewing tender and contractual documents
  • Supporting analyses and offer comparisons
  • Working closely with other teams within the project
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proficient in use of PC software e.g. Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel with the use of pivot tables)
  • Ability to analyze documents, draw conclusions and develop recommendations
  • Willingness to learn about Procurement in Professional Services and Facility Management category
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Any specialization in Professional Services and Facility Management category is an advantage (but not a must)
  • Paid internship on a civil contract for 6 months
  • Working with an international team of professionals
  • Work in an international environment using English on a daily basis
