As Global Operations Intern you will face many challenges where you will have to combine digital analysis (in excel) with your excellent English communication to complete tasks. Even though you can solve lots of situations independently, you will have many cases where need to work within a (cross-functional) team.

  • Coordinating ROAD/ SEA/ AIR transport processes (inbound and outbound)
  • Spot quotations for ad-hoc shipments
  • Support for warehouse operations and processes in the Oriflame Global HUB
  • Reporting and KPI management for transport and distribution
  • Co-operating with Logistics partners to collect all necessary data, as well as with local operations on Oriflame markets to review KPI on regular basis
  • Evaluate the quality of distribution activities in the countries and identify potential opportunities for improvements
  • Participation in projects in the area of warehousing, quality in the supply chain, transport and distribution, including cost analysis and implementation of process improvements

Analytical thinking, focus on problem-solving, creativity and an open-mind approach are the most desired advantages of your candidature. We believe that relevant studies in International Trade, Logistics or Transport management (bachelor’s degree or last year of studies) will make you the perfect candidate for the position.
