Global Pricing Manager is responsible for supervising implementation of company pricing and merchandising strategy at market level to deliver expected financial KPIs.

  • Creation of pricing and merchandising strategy and internal price architecture in cooperation with other teams.
  • Cascade the pricing/merchandising strategy to all Pricing Specialists within the Team and markets.
  • Actively participate in budgeting process and pricing calls defining expected price movement for future years.
  • Organize and supervise the process for reviewing regular and merchandised price as well as setting prices for new products according to global guidelines for all markets globally.
  • Facilitate/enable the process of cooperation with local markets into pricing process.
  • Manage a team of 9 Direct Reports.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with sufficient competitive data to make analysis and recommendations.
  • Supervise conducing regular and ad-hoc analysis for Oriflame price positioning in the market and sharing findings with recommendation to the management of the Pricing & RGM Team.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in analytical/pricing/commercial/marketing function, preferably from international company.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as people manager.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office with Excel on advanced level.
  • Fluent English spoken and written.
  • Ability to work in multinational teams across different functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to lead to clear conclusions and recommendations.
  • Very good presentation skills to be able to present complex analysis with clear take-away points and recommendation.
  • Strong business commercial sense.
  • Understanding of cosmetic market or other FMCG experience would be an asset.
