Due to the expansion of the Global CRM team we are looking for CRM Training Manager to take a lead role in SFMC training as we embark on a global SFMC rollout and transformation project.

  • Lead the training workstream in the global expansion and roll out of SFMC to Oriflame’s international markets.
  • Be the internal SFMC knowledge champion, support our global and local CRM team in getting closer to the consumer, providing knowledge sharing and developing key trainings that enhance the skill sets of our teams.
  • Lead on team workshops to educate and engage in use and utilization of SFMC.
  • Be an expert in SFMC training others to build journeys and campaigns using varied contact methodologies.
  • Work with global CRM Manager to analyze the reporting of email campaigns, comparing performance against targets and using insight to support and influence the development of future optimization.
  • Support the wider technical and global CRM team in the planning and execution of email campaigns.
  • Liaise and collaborate with key contributors and stakeholders in global and market teams to ensure there is consistent communication of change activity, related to new global campaigns and journeys.
  • Fluent English.
  • Expertise in HTML, SQL, AMPscript and JavaScript and manipulating large datasets and developing email and web templates.
  • Experience and expertise in SFMC training.
  • Strong understanding of CRM KPI’s and principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving strong ability.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident in complex project & transformational environments.
  • Comfortable and confident working with globally positioned teams.
  • Knowledge of direct selling a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexibly to accommodate varying time-zones.
