Business Associate in Global Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and optimization of various processes within the supply chain. The BA collects and analyzes requirements from stakeholders across different geographical locations and functional areas within the supply chain, including manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Focuses on analyzing data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the supply chain enhancing efficiency. Proposes solutions and provides comments on results.

Data Analysis:

  • Large data related to supply chain operations to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making. This could involve analysis of KPI’s , data visualization tools, and predictive analytics techniques.
  • Business cases preparation to enable decision processes by Senior Management.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting; Risk Management:

  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor the performance of the global supply chain for respective markets. Market data consolidation for global overview. Tracking metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and supplier performance, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments and markets to understand their needs and to collet required data for analysis. Communicate project updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This involves maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitating and organizing meetings, including note-taking, agenda and task-alignment.

Change Management & Improvement:

  • Supporting the implementation of process changes, system upgrades, or organizational initiatives within the global supply chain. This includes providing training, conducting impact assessments, and addressing resistance to change.
  • Actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within the global supply chain, whether through cost reduction initiatives, process optimization, or the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

Project Management:

  • Leading or supporting cross-functional projects within the supply chain, from inception to implementation. This involves defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables, as well as coordinating resources and managing risks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Analitycal and Problem-Solving Skills to develop practical and innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
  • Exellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to facilitate decision-making by senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Exellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive in seeking out new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the supply chain.
