Right now, we are looking for a Global Supply Planning Intern to strengthen our Global Planning Team based in Warsaw.

• Learn how to cooperate with suppliers to plan production and manage supply issues

• Manage supply plans to increase product availability, reduce out-of-stock and excess situations

• Keep track of excess inventory and actively participate in its reduction

• Identify availability risks and communicate their business impact while actively developing solutions for appearing problems and driving mitigation plans

• Follow product lifecycle processes including PIPO, NPD and Discontinuation

• Cooperate closely with other departments to maintain effective communication, evaluate risks, and look for possibilities in advance.

• Understand how to monitor agreed KPIs and propose improvement actions

• Ensure correct master data and parameters setup in supply chain systems

• Students of 3-5th year or fresh graduates of relevant studies in: Logistics / Supply Chain / Production / Engineering / Management / Quantitative Methods

• Fluency in English is a must

• Strong analytical & problem solving skills are a must

• Very good Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent team player

• Dynamic and self-motivated

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with JDA / BY, SAP APO or other DRP / MRP (Distribution / Material Resources Planning) software would be an advantage

• Previous experience during work / internship in similar fields will be an advantage

  • Paid internship on a civil contract for 6 months
  • Working with an international team of professionals
